Data Deletion

This page explains how a user can request deletion of account data or disconnect integrated services from the Bardiyah.

What Can Be Deleted

• Account profile information associated with your account.
• Workspace data such as projects, scripts, schedules, and related records.
• Connected Meta integration data, including stored tokens and linked page/account identifiers.

How To Request Deletion

1. Log in to your account if you still have access.
2. Disconnect third-party integrations from the settings page if needed.
3. Send a deletion request using the contact form and include the email address linked to your account.

What Happens After the Request

After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and delete or anonymize the relevant information unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Third-Party Platforms

If you connected Meta, YouTube, or other third-party services, you may also need to remove the app connection directly from the third-party provider’s account settings.
