Delete Your Say Account

You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after processing is complete.

Delete Your Account In The App

1. Sign in to the Say mobile app.
2. Open the menu and go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password and deletion request.

If You Cannot Sign In

Submit a request through the website contact form using the email address associated with your account and state that the request concerns account deletion. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• Your projects, ideas, scripts, shoot plans, and related workspace records.
• Stored device tokens, notification settings, and external-service connections.

Limited Data Retention

We may retain limited information when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. Remaining account data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after verification.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Say account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your store subscription before deleting the account to prevent renewal.
