How do I schedule content for publishing?
Pick a script and set the date and time you intend to publish it, and optionally write the title, description, hashtags and call to action alongside. The important thing to know: Bardiyah does not publish to any platform for you. Scheduling is a plan and a reminder: it tells you what goes out when, and you publish. Scheduling is available from the Creator plan upwards.
What a schedule needs
From the schedule page, add an entry. Required:
- The script you are publishing.
- The publish date.
- The hour, minute and AM/PM.
Optional is everything you write for the post itself: title options, a description, a short caption, hashtags, a call to action, and additional notes.
Bardiyah does not publish for you
This is the most important sentence in the article: there is no auto-publishing. Bardiyah does not upload your video or post anything to any platform.
What scheduling does is make the plan explicit, setting out what goes out when, with which copy and which hashtags, and reminding you before it is due. Pressing publish is still something you do on the platform itself.
The benefit is that the copy is written before the moment arrives, rather than hurriedly at it.
The three statuses
- Scheduled: the date is still ahead.
- Delayed: the date passed and you have not marked it published. The status changes automatically.
- Published: you told Bardiyah it went out.
"Delayed" is not a reprimand. It is the only way a missed publish stays visible instead of disappearing into the past.
Availability
Scheduling is not included on the Free plan and starts at Creator. Above Free there is no limit on how many entries you keep.
