How do I change my language and theme, or delete my account?
From your profile page you can change your language, theme, timezone and currency, and turn on two-factor authentication. These are account settings rather than device settings, so they apply on both the website and the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and you must cancel an App Store subscription first because deletion does not cancel it.
What you can change
From your profile page:
- Language: Arabic or English.
- Theme: light, dark, or following your system.
- Timezone, which scheduling and reminders are built on, so set this first.
- Currency, which sets how amounts appear on quotations and partnerships.
- Name and profile photo.
- Password and two-factor authentication.
These are account settings, not device settings, so what you choose on the website is what you get in the app.
Deleting your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:
- Your account and profile information.
- Projects, ideas, scripts, shoot plans and everything attached to them.
- Device tokens, notification settings and stored connections to external services.
We may keep limited data where a legal, accounting or security obligation requires it.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you delete without cancelling, it keeps renewing and charging you.
Cancel in Apple ID settings first, then delete the account.
If you might come back
Be aware: a deleted account cannot reclaim its old App Store subscription when you sign up again. We cannot tell you apart from someone else presenting your receipt, so a new account starts on the Free plan. That is another reason to cancel before deleting.
If you cannot sign in
Contact us through the contact form using the email on your account and say the request is about account deletion. We may ask for proof of ownership before acting on it.
