How do I cancel a subscription bought on the App Store?

Open your device Settings, tap your name, go to Subscriptions, select Bardiyah and cancel. That is the only route: App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, and Bardiyah cannot cancel one on your behalf however much you write to us. After cancelling you keep every feature until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan.

The steps

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Choose Subscriptions.
  4. Select Bardiyah, then Cancel Subscription.

You can reach the same screen from inside the Bardiyah app, on its cancellation page.

We cannot cancel it for you

This is not our policy but Apple's rule: anything bought through the App Store is managed by Apple alone. Nobody at Bardiyah has a button that cancels your subscription, and writing to us will not speed anything up.

The only route is Apple ID settings on your device.

What happens after cancelling

You keep your features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan. Nothing is cut off at the moment you cancel.

Your data stays as it is: projects, scripts and ideas are not deleted when a subscription ends, though features that need a paid plan stop working.

Before deleting your account

If you intend to delete your account, cancel the App Store subscription first. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, and it will keep renewing.
