What does the dashboard show?

The dashboard shows four counters for your account: projects, ideas, scripts and upcoming scheduled content. It also has a box for capturing a quick idea, your five most recent scripts ordered by workflow stage, and your next three scheduled publishes. A brand new account also sees a welcome card at the top, which disappears as soon as you create your first item.

The numbers at the top

Four counters summarise your account:

  • Projects: how many projects you have.
  • Ideas: how many content ideas you have saved.
  • Scripts: how many scripts you have.
  • Scheduled content: only what is scheduled to publish in the future, not what has already gone out.

The welcome card on a new account

If you have not yet created a project, an idea or a script, a welcome card sits at the top of the page pointing you at the first step. It disappears on its own once you create your first item of any kind.

Capturing an idea without leaving the page

Directly under the counters is a box for writing an idea down quickly. Type it and save, or record a voice note instead of typing. It exists so you can catch an idea before you lose it, not to write it up properly.

Your recent scripts

A list of your five most recent scripts, ordered by their stage in the workflow rather than by date, so whatever is waiting on you appears first.

What is coming up

Two separate sections:

  • Your next three scheduled publishes.
  • Up to four upcoming reminders, if you set a reminder before a publish time.

Both look forward only; anything in the past is not listed here.
