What is the difference between the app and the website?
Your account and your data are the same on both, and the difference is what suits each device. Only the app has the teleprompter and camera recording, because that needs a phone in your hand. Only the website has the billing page, the admin panel, the MCP server and the blog. Ideas, scripts, projects and production planning are on both.
One account
You sign in with the same account and the data is the same. What you write on your phone is on the website immediately, and the other way round. There is no separate "app account".
What only the app has
The teleprompter and camera recording. This is not on the website at all, and could not be: reading your script while filming yourself needs a phone in your hand or in front of you, not a screen on a desk.
What only the website has
- The billing page and subscription details.
- The admin panel, for those who have access.
- The MCP server and its setup.
- The blog.
What is on both
Ideas, projects, scripts and their cards, series, scheduling, filming locations, shoot days, equipment, storyboards, partnerships, quotations, Life OS, notifications and search.
The practical rule
Write on whatever is in front of you, film with the app, manage your subscription on the website.
