How do I subscribe or restore a purchase in the app?

In-app subscribing is available on iPhone and iPad through the App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically until you cancel it in Apple ID settings. If you have bought before, on another device or after reinstalling, the Restore Purchases button re-links that purchase to your account. Subscriptions bought on the website are managed on the billing page there.

Subscribing in the app

In-app purchase is available on iPhone and iPad, through the App Store:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancelling happens in Apple ID settings → Subscriptions, and Bardiyah cannot cancel it on your behalf.

Restoring purchases

Use Restore Purchases if you:

  • Changed device.
  • Reinstalled the app.
  • Subscribed but your account still shows the Free plan.

The button asks the App Store what you own, verifies it with Bardiyah's server, and returns your subscription to your account. Restoring never charges you. You are not buying again, you are re-linking what you already bought.

If you subscribed on the website

Then your subscription is managed on the billing page there, not here. The cancellation screen in the app tells you so when your purchase came from the web.

Why it goes through the App Store

Because Apple's rules require it: anything bought inside an iOS app is bought with Apple's payment system. That also means billing, cancellation and refunds go through Apple rather than through us.
